Behind a 15 sec video there is a lot of physical work, but also mental work. Yoga has NEVER been a physical practice for me, social media is a visual platform that allows you to share bits of, but this will never be powerful enough to tell you the whole story - the movie. I fully believe in the mind-body connection. The more connected you are to your body, the more your physical and spiritual practices naturally unfold. Every time you enroll your mat or go to the gym, ask yourself: am I fully present when I am moving my body? Am I looking around, thinking of what I gotta do after? No matter the form of movement you pick, the intention is fundamental, and your progress will start from that intention. Lorsque tu déroules ton tapis et va à la salle de sport, demande-toi: suis-je à 100% présent(e)? est-ce que je regarde autour de moi, ou pense à ce que j'ai à faire ensuite?
