As we charge into filming the second half of @cw_kungfu season 3, I am reminded of when I first came to this part of the world to work. These vids were from 2018, cleaning up the first apartment I lived in when I first came to N. America. It was in Santa Monica, California. It came unfurnished, and I ordered most of my furniture from @targetstyle and assembled them myself ! I love Target! It was near several supermarkets, (yay @traderjoes ). I have always loved grocery shopping. Essential and calming. Shortly after setting up this place, I started auditioning. I must have done close to 90 auditions that year! Some self tapes, others in person. I made the short-list for some, didn’t even come close for others. Eventually won some (yay! @cw_kungfu !) and lost plenty others. Such is the life of an actor. But I love it and work hard at it. So onward ho. I turn 60 in a couple of months, and have been at this job, in all its glories, inconsistencies, difficulties, vulnerabilities and deep deep joys for more than 35 years. And I dont intend to stop. Onward ho!
