Have you made your period plastic-free yet? This week marks my 3 year anniversary with a plastic-free period. I’ve only used 1 tampon in that time. Seriously. The average women uses around 9,000 tampons in their lifetime. Give or take. So when I was ready to make the switch I finished my last tampon and didn’t get another box. I use a menstrual cup from @alilagrace And period panties by @awwaperiodcare Everyone’s experience is different and personal but what I love is there is a better option for our bodies and our planet. You can get a cup in different sizes and only need to really change your cup 1 time a day when positioned right. The panties are great for nighttime, heavy or light days.
