New York celebrates Nabys Vielman’s high fashion. By @mainav @eluniversal , Venezuela The name of Nabys Vielman had resonance in Venezuela and he was one of the designers who developed his career in the interior of the country in his hometown of Maracaibo, until he decided to travel to New York where he settled and began to develope his work. The task has not been easy because making one's way in such a competitive universe is exhausting, but Nabys has persevered and after four and a half years living in New York presents another new collection. Its proposal for spring summer 23 at the same time that it announces the opening of its showroom this October at the IBM building at 590 Madison Avenue and 57th Street. Prior to this activity, he unveiled the spring-summer 23 collection and did so on the rooftop of The Paul Rudolhp Institute for Modern Architecture. This is its eighth proposal for the United States and it is the first focused on high fashion since the previous ones were in the Pret-a-Porter category and it carries the VIELMAN New York label. But his work has also had resonance in the world of entertainment since his designs were worn by the protagonists of the TV series “Secrets of Villains”. Vielman explains that in total eighteen looks were used that were seen on the cover of People Magazine. The presentation of the 2023 collection was a real party that included the animation of the entrepreneur and singer @consuelo_vanderbilt_costin , belonging to the seventh generation of the Vanderbilts and one of the representatives of New York high society. Consuelo is named after one of her predecessors, who was also the Duchess of Marlborough. For the show, she wore one of Vielman's looks that she accompanied with other accessories that are part of the collection: orchids made with the fabrics of the dresses that are used as pins. Those are designed and made by Evangelina Araque Gutierrez, the designer's aunt-mother. The staging was attended by @carmen.dalessio , who was intimate with Andy Warhol, as well as @idiosyncraticfashionistas , a duo of influencers made up of Jean and Valerie and @pamelamorganlifestyle , a celebrity in the world of gastronomy.
