Light it UP 🆙💃🏼👑 I know how exciting and how hard it is to pull off a successful prep and I wish you all the very best tonight! @tulumstrengthclub and @thewonderwomenofficial also have many great athletes on deck for the Miami show next weekend, and the Atlantic City Pro/Am show in 4 weeks. It’s the season finale and it falls right after my 52nd birthday. @jeanjacquesbarrett and I can’t wait to show you guys how great our athletes have been doing this past year! Its going to be a stiff competition! Physique competitions are truly a year long process. The off-season is used to build up your physique, rest your metabolism, and work on posing. The cutting phase is where you get to peel back the layers of all that work to see the end result that is so striking. And it’s when your posing gets fine tuned so that you can light up the stage. It’s about year round mindset work, facing your fears, overcoming challenges, and pushing yourself to reach for more. Show prep can be an incredible stage for becoming bullet proof in life and help you become the strongest, most focused version of yourself. It’s all about how you chose to frame your experience. If you have a fixed mindset you are always going to cling to the idea of perfection and the fear of failure will paralyze you. It’s obvious on stage. But if you cultivate a true growth mindset, you can make improvements right up to the finish line and turn every challenge and moment of doubt to your advantage. 💪 Have an epic weekend my luvs!
