Look I love shortcuts- but I never want food to look or taste ordinary. Here is a shortcut to extraordinary pasta. I use fresh herbs and some edible flowers- all from my garden- but u can easily buy at any grocery store. I use the thicker bucatini pasta and a decent bottled sauce - in this case @cucinaantica from @wholefoods. It’s non GMO and damn tasty. I spruce that up w/ sautéed cherry tomatoes ( whole, impeeled), a chopped onion, and two chopped cloves garlic. Plus a pinch of salt, fresh pepper and sugar. So simple. So pretty. Just how I like it!
