I made this #butterboard last night and brought it to a dinner party. It's SO EASY and FUN to make and it was a huge hit! I started with good quality, unsalted butter and spread it out for the base. Then I used sliced figs, dried cranberries, roasted garlic, cured olives, fig-cranberry chutney, toasted walnuts, fresh rosemary and a drizzle of blue agave syrup. I assembled it all in layers and made it all look pretty. I served it with a couple crusty baguettes and everyone just tore off chunks of bread and scooped up the butter and toppings. So delicious, so easy and SO FUN!
