What is one of your favorite parts about working at TruFusion? My favorite part of working at TruFusion is the strong leadership team and their commitments to both physically strong practices as well as the mental and spiritual aspects of performance based movements. 2.)What does “find your edge” mean to you? “Find my edge” is a constant exploration on and off the mat. It’s always seeking an opportunity to grow, to expand, AND finding the wisdom to know when to apply effort and when to surrender... 3.) What inspired you to start teaching? I started teaching as a means to develop my own yoga practice and to gain a stronger yogic awareness and application of yoga off the mat. 4.) What is your favorite thing to do outside of TruFusion? I love spending time in Colorado mountains and watching sunrises with a warm cup of coffee. 5.) What are your favorite words to live by? Take advice only from people who have successfully done what you’re seeking advice about... the only opinions that matter are from those who are in the arena (on the mat!) with you.
