When was the last time you honoured your younger self? No matter how old you are it's important to remember who you once were and how much that person deserves to be loved by YOU. This little girl loves knitted jumpers, making scones with nan, swinging on the swings, riding her bike and of course playing outside. As an only child, anytime I was "bored" I would get told to "Get outside and play with blowflies" While out in the backyard, I always tuned into my own mind and would go to mystical places filled with wild imaginations. I could be anyone I wanted to be and go anywhere I wanted to go! Imagine if YOU spent even just 10 mins a day in this child-like state of imagination? A place where there are no restrictions, limits or blocks to what you can create! As an adult, visualization is the main tool I use to bring about my desires at lightning speed.
