Just because an event you’re excited about is sold out, it doesn’t always mean that you can’t go – with our Waiting List feature, you can put your name in the running to buy a ticket from another fan who can no longer make it. And, if you’ve bought tickets to an event that you can’t go to anymore, you can try to sell your ticket to someone on the Waiting List for a full refund. Not all event organisers enable the Waiting List function, but you can check by opening the event page in the app and tapping the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen. ⁠
