As we rigorously review the exciting applications we received for our next cohort of culinary entrepreneurs at Retreat at Currency Exchange Café, we are thrilled to host a number of local pop-ups in our kitchen throughout the month of August. Tonight, we are jazzed to welcome Pochos back to Retreat for their second night in their two-night kitchen pop-up. Pochos is an independent brunch restaurant serving an array of breakfast and lunch options that showcase the founders’ Mexican and American roots. Pochos offers dishes across the spectrum, from Mexican staples like chilaquiles to American classics like buttermilk pancakes. Pochos prides themselves on preparing dishes from scratch with fresh ingredients daily.
