Essential info: Tickets Bring your e-ticket with you, it is needed for entry. If you're bringing your ticket on your phone, download it before, 4G on site is poor. Make sure you have enough battery. You can add tickets to your wallet from the RA app. Opening Times The festival site opens on Thursday & closes on Monday, gate opening & closing times are as follows, & there will be no admittance outside of these hours: Thursday: 12:00-01:00 Friday: 09:00-01:00 Saturday: 09:00-01:00 Sunday: 09:00-01:00 Music will commence on Thursday at 5pm & run till 2am. On Friday music will commence again at 10am & run through until 3am on Monday morning. Everyone has to be off site by 2pm on Monday, we have traders open on Monday morning in the campsites but they will close at 12pm. Parking A car park pass is £15 & applies to everyone bringing a car to General, Boutique or Friends &Family. We strongly advise to pre-purchase your pass here to avoid long queues. If you have already purchased a parking ticket in advance, please have this ready to show to the parking team. Please note only one pass per car is required, not per person. Travel Please head to our travel page for information on getting to & from site, including trains, coaches, shuttles & car passes. If you are traveling by car please ensure you are traveling with a full car. Extra shuttles have been arranged from site to the stations on Monday. Weather Please check our previous post about the weather and coming prepared for the sun, nights and the dust. Pack accordingly. Guardians This year we have a team of Guardians who will be circulating the festival. They will be keeping an eye out to ensure everyone has a safe & enjoyable experience as possible. If you have any issues or are just looking to speak to someone please feel free to approach them. On site We have a general store stocking essential items including sun lotion, sanitary care, toilet roll, toothbrushes, hairbands, portable ashtrays, earplugs & both sweet & savoury snacks. It is located next to Trevinos in the main arena. If anyone is feeling unwell due to the heat, please head to our welfare/medical tents next to Tantrum.
