I’ve made sourdough pyrizhky buns stuffed with cherries from a recipe by @seldonenko from her wonderful Patreon channel where she shares videos about how to make all sorts of Ukrainian baking recipes. And I’ve used the sourdough starter which Katrya gave me in Ukraine, which she managed to bring out of temporarily occupied Kherson - so these really are as authentic as possible... it’s a long process but I was really happy with this lovely fluffy sweet dough, and Katrya says it’s good for making all kinds of other things with too... like babka, so delicious!
