This is an amazing single leg deadlift variation that will get your posterior chain fired up! Grab a couple kettlebells , set up by a wall and your all set.

π What is the posterior chain? : (Every muscle on the backside of your body. Glutes , hamstrings , ankles , calves , back etc. ) β£

1. The leg on the wall is active. Drive that foot into the wall for more stability & hamstring / glute activationβ£
