Houston, what a weekend ☔️ 🌪 . I can put my rain boots away for another day. Who says a mudroom can’t romance you? Our mudroom is part of the “owners entrance” so I wanted to make sure we’d be welcomed into the home with the same embrace as a foyer. And why not, don’t we deserve to be greeted & sent off in such a manner? My favorite is the drop zone with 3 drawers with calacatta marble for the counters. Unlacquered brass hardware help me tug open drawers and cabinet doors as we run between work, school and kid activities. Not seen in the picture is a lamp on the counter that gives the space a warm glow in the evenings. For more storage, the opposite wall is fully paneled & ready for more hooks.
