My first landed front flip on the ground! I took my first tumbling class the other night at @jamovement and shot this little progression of going from my first tries to finally landing one on the ground. (I did try front flips in high school but never successfully landed). My knee started to hurt by the end (the bones still have holes in them), so I can see I subconsciously was favoring my right side on the take on and land. Super excited to have done this and keep working on making them better and learning more tricks! #tumbling #frontflip
