We all know finding a job can be a nightmare - there’s a reason I applied for reality TV 😅 Research has found that rubbish job ads that don’t include salary details are one of our biggest frustrations. Oh, and did I mention that a lack of salary transparency is also making the gender pay gap worse?! You know I’m all about being (brutally) honest, that’s why I’ve teamed up with @AdzunaJobs as they campaign to change the law in both the UK and US to make salaries mandatory on all job ads.
