::: postcards from Tokyo 🇯🇵- and the last one is probably my favorite. It reminds of scenes from my own hometown in 🇧🇷 Some random thoughts and facts about this incredible city: 🗑️ There are no trash cans on the streets (it was kinda shocking). And some places forbid you to bring trash from other places. 🚗 Not only the roads and cars are left-handed, but also the sidewalks and the stairs. It took us a while to start walking on the left instead of the right side lol 🚽 The modern toilets. I can’t get over. It’s so cool. Ohh, and the fact that a lot of public restrooms have a little chair for babies. 💼 The bag holders at restaurants and cafes - apparently, there’s a superstition about putting purses and other bags directly on the floor - you would loose your money. 🥤Vending machines and 7-eleven stores EVERYWHERE 🇯🇵 The kindness of Japanese people. They are so nice and polite. (I know this is a tourist POV, so feel free to share more). 🧹 The cleanliness of the city. The streets, the subway, the trains. Spotless. 🇺🇸 Some people asked me about the language: we had no issues speaking English. Even when they don’t speak fluently, they try their best. This is our first time in Asia and it has been such an incredible and fascinating experience. This trip def hit different ❤️ #tokyo #japan #tokyo #asia
