#KitchenAidAmbassador brunch is served! this loaded veggie quiche is the perfect way to level up brunch thanks to the new @KitchenAidUSA Design Series Stand Mixer, Blossom. Blossom blurs the lines between appliance and art with its soft thyme green color and hammered copper bowl. itโ€™s by far the prettiest thing in my kitchen ๐Ÿ˜๐ŸŒฟ #ad ingredients // 6 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup half & half 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 tsp sea salt 1 1/5 cup italian cheese blend 2 cups chopped vegetables of choice (i did orange bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and roma tomato) 1 refrigerated pie crust fresh chives for topping directions // preheat oven to 375o let pie crust sit at room temp for 15 minutes. chop all veggies add eggs, milk, half & half, salt and pepper to the KitchenAid stand mixer bowl. place on the whisk attachment and beat until combined. switch for the paddle attachment and add cheese and chopped veggies. mix on low until incorporated unroll pie crust into a greased pie plate and careful press in down into the creases. pour in the quiche mixture. sprinkle with more cheese, and bake for 30-35 minutes, until the middle is set let cool for 10 minutes before serving garnish with fresh chives
