Celebrating Day 2 of my Florals for Spring Cocktail Series with this Honey Rose Coconut Margarita 🍯🌹☁️ sooooo delish! 1.5 oz tequila 1 oz coconut cream* .5 oz honey syrup 1/4 tsp rose water .75 oz lime juice .5 oz Cointreau Rim: honey + edible rose petals Method: combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 10 seconds. Rim a rocks glass with honey and edible rose petal flakes. Add ice to glass and strain cocktail over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel. *coconut cream: I like @wholefoods unsweetened coconut cream! I just add everything from the can into a blender and blend until smooth. Store the remaining coconut cream in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 2 days.
