Kenwood Gardens continues to blossom into a sacred space of tranquility, connection and grounding. This morning, we were proud to host @veryhumansocial’s Embodied movement and yoga series in our South Side sanctuary. This special session, led by @akudoamazing with musical accompaniment by harpist Joseph Kelly, allowed us to inhabit this space and our bodies fully. We are so grateful to our partners at @veryhumansocial for centering us this summer in our outdoor biophilic haven. Thank you, @candis.embodied, for spearheading this community-based mindfulness and meditative movement practice.
