🎉 Phase 1a of the Observer Building in Hastings is complete 🎉 This community-led project will see the conversion of the long-abandoned building to create a new piece of social infrastructure for the town. Phase 1 includes a new community cafe, affordable work spaces, flexible halls for events and a gym.
