We BACKKKKKKKK Pull up and nourish ya SOUL with me & my sis @vailrobert this Monday 🫶🏽🌞 In collaboration with GOOD MOVE, we come together in a monthly ceremony to explore the depths of our Inner World to create space for healing and growth in our Outer World. In this session of CEREMONY OF YOU⚡️SOUL, we focus on uncovering the the depths of who we are and reclaiming our POWER to create space for transformation. COY Soul, is centered around the true soul expression of freedom that lives inside each of us. CEREMONY OF YOU is centered on grounding our energy, releasing tensions from the body, and creating an abundance of space to allow our spirits to run free. This weeks ceremony will be co- led by myself and @therapart partner & facilitator @vailrobert Class begins with a centering breath practice, paired with deep release work, focused on creating space to navigate the landscapes inside our bodies. Through that exploration we dive into guided movement that ushers us into the expansiveness of uninhibited, free movement, navigating the extremes of the body in motion. We conclude our ceremony with a closing guided meditation followed by art therapy. Join us as we release, explore, and MOVE.
