Shrimp scramble is no more. The next evolution of our egg scramble will be inspired by egg foo young. Most in the West know it as a Chinese-American dish but it actually has roots in Toisan-Cantonese households. @senor_johnny grandmother would cook it as a easy dish to feed us. While her version was a flat omelette with no sauce our take will be more of a soft scrambled omelette with a brown gravy like classic takeout, available starting today!
