Praise God for times and friendships like these! He has been so evident this weekend and I just wanted to share some things that stood out to me. In Mark 2:1-12, four friends were willing to risk their reputation for the sake of their paralyzed friend. They brought him to the feet of Jesus with urgency and He not only healed the man’s physical needs, but also his spiritual needs. Sometimes we think our greatest need is immediate help but God is the only thing that will truly sustain us! Our eternity is more important than this one moment or semester, so let every moment be spent glorifying God for his goodness. Let us all be friends who bring friends to Jesus! God takes joy in using the unlikely so stop making excuses and start trusting in God’s faithfulness. “God doesn’t call the equipped, he equips the called.” WE ARE CALLED TO BE WITNESSES!!
