We all have our own specific list of New Year’s Resolutions. The problem is that we start the year super motivated and usually lose some of that motivation as the months go by.
Why? Because we are not in the best state mentally to keep pushing through when days get tough. When we feel drained and don’t have stamina to push through. How can we fight & stay consistent?
For #TherapyTuesday this week, I wanted to provide you guys with three pillars that I think help individuals more easily live their best life - that fulfills them in a way that is healthy and more beneficial in the longterm!
As a trained therapist, my hope is that these three pillars help with prosperity and a good mental state for you in the new year. If you attain these three pillars the rest of your more specific goals will be much easier to attain because you will be in great shape both physically and mentally.
