I met you at a point where I told myself real, honest, and unconditional love was something that after what I had been through just wasn’t going to happen. I had given up of wanting a forever with someone, and I didn’t think the person you are, the person I always wanted, existed. The moment I saw your face I felt something, and I think it was that broken little part of me that was holding on to hope for dear life telling me “that’s the one you’ve been waiting for”... it was right. I have never experienced someone so loving, so understanding. Someone who for the first time in years makes me feel like me, for the first time in my life makes me feel at peace and safe. I fall more in love with you everyday, and I’m so proud of all you achieved since we’ve met.
