Had such an eye-opening morning visiting Apparel Industry Board inc. (AIBI) during their tech week event!! It is so exciting that all of these resources are just right down the street from my home. But what’s even MORE exciting is seeing such a historical and intentional group for fashion in Chicago be ignited with the new executive director @nicolecruiz alongside they’re wonderful and knowledgeable team that have been at the helm of Chicago fashion for years. Taking the initiative to provide the guidance and resources needed for designers to thrive in Chicago. If you’re looking for a community for resources or for advice, I highly recommend checking out the AIBI labs and joining! I can’t wait to see what our future holds together.
