Reply to @nazpursia Don’t do it unless it’s botched. Chasing perfection is dangerous. Michael Jackson was richer than most of us. His surgeon didn’t trip and the scalpel cut off half his nose accidentally. He chased perfection. It doesn’t exist. I see so many patients on nosejob #5 or #6 wishing they all stopped after their first one and didn’t chase down this rabbit hole. Unfortunately revision rhinoplasty is a money making machine so some surgeons love this rabbit hole. #plasticsurgery
