This painting was sold to a collector I got to spend a bit of time with who came in with his friend when I was there for the meet and greet. They chatted about the work together and with us for a while. After they left one of the gents phoned the gallery and bought his friend a painting that he'd fallen for. It was a real heart felt gesture and it warmed the cockles.
