Spread.... 200g butter sprinkle...... sea salt, chilli flakes, honey (can use truffle honey) and lemon thyme. The best way to@clean the board when your finished... 1. Boil the kettle. 2. Pour boiling water over the board. 3. Use half a lemon with salt and rub in circular motions over the board. 4. Rinse and dry in the sunshine... if possible.
