It’s been a HOT minute since I’ve introduced myself on the gram and with a new profile picture + bio I thought it might be the perfect time to do so! •Hi, my name is Shelbi and I started this page 8 years ago while I was sitting at my corporate energy job! •I started sharing my work wear outfits and where I scored them (which was from Ross/Tj Maxx/Marshalls 99% of the time) •My first “collaboration” was with @rossdressforless. They gave me a $200 gift card and I lost my shit. You know how much you can buy at Ross with $200?! 🤣 •It’s All Chic To Me was born on a trip to Greece with my mom and sisters from the term “It’s all Greek to me”. I wanted to share how to make anything chic even if it was $5 from Ross 👏🏻 •I now share everything on this page from fashion to travels, beauty to home decor, local happy hours to homemade recipes. Just about anything you can score for a deal and turn into something chic, I share! •I am 31 years old and have to think about it every time someone asks me my age. •I graduated from @tamu with a Finance degree and a Economics and International Business minors. WHOOP👍🏻 •I had two PAO hip surgeries to correct hip dysplasia back in 2017. Have 4 gnarly scars to prove it 😜 •I have 2 younger sisters - @lindsey_adams_eby and @kc_me_rollin 👯‍♀️ •My parents are both named Kelly! Mama spells it with an “i” and dad with a “y” •I am from Houston, TX but recently moved to Chicago, IL with my two best friends aka boyfriend, Mr. Chic, and Goldendoodle puppy, Levi 🐶🥰 •I bought my first home, The Chic Shack, back in Houston right before my 30th birthday. One of my proudest moments!! I am now renting it out while we call Chicago home for a bit. •I love adult sleepovers with my girlfriends, rewatching the same chick flicks 100x over, eating goat cheese on literally everything, enjoying a glass of sauv blanc on the patio, trying new coffee shops and I absolutely live for surprises.
