Tempo Goblet Squat x 10 ( 3 sec down - & explode on the way up! ) ⁣ 2. Barn Door Hold x 12 reps ( squeeze shoulder blades for 3 secs ) *should feel like a face pull. ⁣ *Rest 45 secs & Repeat ⁣ ———————————————————————⁣ SUPER SET 2 ⁣ 1. Split Stance Clean & Press x 12 on each side (Dynamic stability & conditioning🔥- move with speed & power.) ⁣ 2. Hand walkout to push up x 10 reps ( not seen in video but keep legs straight on the way back up) ⁣ 3.
