How breathwork changed my life.
First things first, it forced me to get comfortable with the feeling of being uncomfortable.
At first, focusing only on my breath with something I almost dreaded doing. Partly because I felt the need to always be on and focusing on other things.
But when I shifted to focus on the one thing that can regulate your heart rate, release endorphins, and the flow of my thoughts, I found a way to harness my emotions.
And through that, I was able to think critically about how I was feeling & take action.
