✂️ Cutting Tips ✂️ Here are a couple of my favorite techniques when cutting my wefts. 💫 I personally like to do these techniques with a feathered razor, I feel it gives me the most control and desired end result. The first technique is blending the texture of their extensions to their natural hair; I ALWAYS make sure to back comb their natural hair out of the way to ensure I don’t cut it. Then where their natural hair ends that’s where I will hair lightly skim that top layer of extensions just in the surface to make sure the extensions and natural hair blend together. Second technique is layering the wefts. I like to take small horizontal sections and where I want the layers to start I will twist the extensions back and fourth working my way down and continue around the head. (Again always making sure that I Back Home the natural hair out of the way.) 🔺Remember🔻Always be on the conservative side when cutting extensions. You can always cut more off but you can’t put it back once it’s gone!
