STORY TIME: I didn’t even try this outfit on or pull it out of the garment bag until 2 hours before the show 😆 I was so excited when the PR team from @sonjungwan offered to dress me for their NYFW show. They sent me a line sheet to pick from and though the thumbnails were small, I selected what I thought was a red trench coat or trench dress. Well busy fashion week descended upon us and I didn’t get a chance to try on the look when it arrived. Instead, I waited until 2 hours before the show to pull the look from the garment bag and try it on. To my surprise, what I thought was a dress turned out to be a jumpsuit (which is terrifying given my 6’0” tall height). I tried on the jumpsuit and realized I was never going to get it zipped (part due to my height, part due to my postpartum body). But like any good fashion girly, there is always a solution. With the help of a safety pin, double stick tape and a well placed belt, we made it work.
