When I tell you I have been dreaming about this pasta...I mean it 😮‍💨🍝 Osteria Del Pastaio is absolutely killing the dining experience with this delicious Pecorini Al Tartufo Nero - a yummy blend of rum, peas, leeks, wild mushrooms, and LOADS of freshly shaved truffles all prepared in front of you in a 50 pound Pecorino cheese wheel 🤩 The truffle pasta was SO delicious - but also super rich (so be prepared & have a buddy to help you eat!) - my favorite alternative would have to be this delicious pesto pasta too! 💚 It was the perfect balance of fresh & creamy and truly tasted phenomenal.
