ingredients //
1 cup creamy pb
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 3/4 cups @bobsredmill organic old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup crispy rice cereal
1/4 cup @bobsredmill hemp seeds
1/4 cup @bobsredmill shredded coconut
1/3 cup mini choc chips
directions //
add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
gently fold together until everything is evenly coated
pour into a parchment lined 9x13 pan, leaving some space around the edges so the bars don't get too thin
press down firmly with a spatula or your hands. refrigerate for 1-2 hours, then slice into bars. store in the fridge or freezer!
