Hot Crab Dip 🔥recipe below: 3-6 oz of crab 4 oz cream cheese 1 tsp old bay (if want spicer use more) 2 tsp worcheshire 2 minced garlic cloves 1/2 shallot diced 1/4 cup mayo 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese 1/4 cup on top 1 tbsp butter Hot sauce to taste, i added pry 1-2 tsp-1 tsp In a 6-8 cast iron over medium heat. Heat butter till melted, add shallot for 3-4 minutes till soft. Add garlic 30 seconds till fragrant. Add in sour cream, cream cheese, and mayo till melted together. Add in old bay, lemon juice, hot sauce and Worcestershire. Then cheese till melted. Go through crab to check for no shells. Fold it in so it doesn’t break up, i saved some for on top.
