Sharing my story with you has helped me on my healing journey. Being open and setting my truths free about depression, anxiety and other topics that I’ll one day speak to you about has given me the strength and courage to keep going in life and spreading more light throughout the world. I am an overcomer of my experiences. We sometimes don’t know why we go through things or have certain experiences, but eventually it all makes sense. I’ve always dreamed of being able to be heard and seen one day and to be able to help human beings who have experienced similar things that I did. You never know who is watching. I’m so blessed to have the platform that I have and to be a voice for those who are not able. Being told that I’ve inspired and helped women on their self care/self love journey is beyond special to me. I will continue to help you all as much as I can. This is a reminder to try your best!
