Finishing up a chest/shoulder workout with cable sides raises & 275lbs Smith Presses. I like to have a chest focused session where I start with chest first then later in the week have a delt focused session where I start with delts first but I always hit side & rear delts before I go into pressing. Pressing heavy is great for views & Instagram but overtime as your strength goes up I find it really starts aggravating me & my clients shoulders.
