Omer Mantin, the king of inventive desserts and all the precious things he created through fermentations and preservations of food and left over. From krachai kombucha to topinambur ice cream. Fermented rice foam or using berlin fruits to taste like tropical ones. It has been a joyful year with him and now he is ready for the next adventure.
