BUCKETLIST SERIES! Episode 1: Russ & Daughters Cafe I moved to NYC in 2018 with a long bucketlist of restaurants to try, and believe it or not, there are still dozens I haven’t made it to, so in this new series, I’ll finally be checking some of these OG spots off, starting with Russ & Daughters Cafe. Russ & Daughters Cafe opened in 2014 on the 100th anniversary of the opening of their iconic appetizing shop. It offers a sit down space and a menu filled with boards, platters, bagels, eggs, babka french toast, and more! My favorite items were the bagel & lox, latkes, and challah bread pudding. This is a great spot for brunch with a large group, so don’t make the same mistake I did and wait 7 years to come here!
