The last 3+ years I’ve had the honor of being @dc_skateboarding ’s global team manager. It’s been the best experience of my life getting to travel the world and work with people I truly care for. @jimmy_astleford offered me the job when I was at a pretty low point in my life. It’s been everything I’ve needed and more. Thanks Jimmy. I’ve grown immensely since then (although still not in height 😂). I’m happy to share that now I get to continue that growth by being able to focus on skateboarding full time through the endless support of the companies I ride for. August 1st was my last day as DC’s TM and simultaneously marked 16 years riding for the brand. Don’t get it twisted, I’m not going anywhere - I just wanted to post this and pay respect, showing love to the people that support me here. I cant express how grateful I am to have a skateboard career, its the best thing in the world. One thing I’ve learned: if you’re feeling stuck in life, just slow down and start taking extra special care of yourself. Make some changes and walk through doors if they open. You will get to where you need to go in time, trust that. If it means anything, I know you can get there. This ring reminds me of that. I’ve given a lot of these out over the years and now I’m happy to call this one mine. More to come as I shift from driving the van to riding in it full time. Thanks y’all.
