GEM HQ was recently visited by Florida Senator-Elect @bryanavilafl to share @globalempowermentmission’s disaster response work and missions throughout our communities and our state. We appreciate his support as we continue to serve and respond to disasters in Florida and beyond. Based in South Florida, GEM has responded to dozens of disasters including the Surfside tower collapse and are actively responding to Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic following Hurricane Fiona’s destruction.
