Getting the #smoker ready to #coldsmoke some #bacon, putting the larger #cherrywood and #applewood on the outside to smoulder longer but won’t keep the heat up once it burns down. 2” thick on some of the #porkbelly this year. Could be 2-3 day smoke to set in. #realfood
