✨🫧🍬 DIY TERRAZZO FLOOR 🍬🫧✨ For anyone contemplating painting your tiled floor, go for it! Here’s some of the benefits I’ve found from painting our very tired bathroom ones: 1. It gets rid of a colour you hate 2. It covers any small chips or cracks 3. It covers any stained or damaged grouting (I filled any big cracks before painting) 4. The terrazzo chips mean it isn’t slippy 5. It looks totally unique! This is how I did it: ✨Scrub the floor thoroughly using sugar soap ✨ Do 2 coats on @zinnsser 1–2-3 primer using a foam roller ✨ Using a foam roller, do 1 coat of V33 Renovation floor paint ✨ I bought 4 different colours of terrazzo chips off Etsy, mix the colours together ✨ Roller the second coat of tile paint but this time sprinkle the chips on top ✨ Allow to dry overnight then seal using HG tile protector. I added using a brush.
