Don't get me wrong, i like working in big projects with dedicated people for every single thing like wardrobe, hair, makeup, direction, but i love the connection and the creativeness that ensues from working one on one with a person, there is a sort of flexibility that i didn't find when there were dedicated people; because when you have someone in charge of wardrobe for instance, you can expect them to take good care of that area and that's fine, but when there isn't such a person, i feel that you can reach more genuine results, if that makes sense.
