yesterday I meditated on Christmas Day. In God’s presence I learned to refocus, recenter, and give thanks to everything that I’ve been blessed with this year. I started uncontrollably crying for a few minutes, filled with gratitude. One thing this year has taught me is that — you reap what you sow. Good things happen to good people. Once I learned to harness my compassion for others in a way where it doesn’t interfere with self love, that’s when I truly found balance, at least for this time being. May the spirit of Christmas - the togetherness, warmth & joy fills you every single day. There is no better feeling than knowing that you are loved, and that no matter what, everything will be more than okay in the end also here’s a winter in Cali dump !!
