An AD interrupt production lunch to publicly call attention to what a great job a couple particular crew members have been doing. Just a stop-and-acknowledge moment. There’s a humble spirit on this set, a camaraderie that ignores the typical set hierarchy. It felt like a real team here. I just loved it. Hope I can come visit again soon, it’s a nice place to be.
